The founder and CEO of RL Experience, I am a graduate of Buffalo State College with 20 years of professional experience in leadership, mentorship, training, and coaching. My mission is to empower people to develop confidence to create the life and career they desire and deserve. On my YouTube Channel, I share motivational and spiritual content, as well as free resources on goal setting, leadership skills, personal finance, overcoming workplace conflict and more. Since the launch of RL Experience in 2014, I have helped more than 40 nonprofit organizations and 500+ individuals across the country. I was named to the Business First ‘40 under 40’ list and a recipient of Buffalo Black Achievers Award in 2014. In 2018, I began consulting full time with a focus on nonprofit and faith-based organizations. I re launched RL Experience in 2021 as a professional life and leadership coaching company. In 2021, I released my first book titled Effective Mentoring a comprehensive guide to being a better mentor.

In 2017, I was honored by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as the national organization’s Professional of the Year. I served with the Boys & Girls Club of Buffalo for more than 15 years, including overseeing programs and services for 11 community facilities and leading 120 staff and 50 volunteer team members. My Hands on experience mentoring and working with diverse groups throughout Western New York helps me tap into your full potential and purpose.
